The 1.23-acre site consists of 32nd Street frontage for fire truck
exiting and Glenrosa Avenue access from the north for
employee, visitor, and fire truck ingress. The buildings are laid
out in an L-shaped configuration shielding vehicle and
operational activities from the surrounding areas. The entire site
is bounded by a CMU screen-wall for additional privacy.
